One dedicated 110V outlet (15–20 amp) within about 25 feet of our setup spot — dedicated meaning not shared with the DJ, lighting, or the photo booth. That’s it. If your venue or backyard doesn’t have power nearby, just tell us; we can bring a quiet generator.

No — the cart is fully self-contained. We arrive with everything we need, water included, so we can set up in the middle of a lawn as easily as in a catering kitchen.

Plan on roughly 6 by 6 feet for the cart and barista to work comfortably; the cart itself runs about 8 by 4. It looks best set against a wall, hedge, or backdrop, but we’ve made a happy home in plenty of corners.

Both, gladly. The cart rolls through standard doorways and sets up indoors or out. Outdoors, we pour rain or shine with a covered setup — and if severe weather cancels your event outright, we reschedule in good faith rather than leave you stuck.

About 45 minutes to set up and 30 to break down — and neither is ever counted against your service hours. If you book two hours of coffee, you get two full hours of coffee.

Yes — we carry general liability insurance, and we’re glad to send a certificate of insurance directly to your venue on request. Most coordinators ask; we’re ready.

A deposit holds your date, with the balance due about a week before the event. We recommend reaching out 4 to 8 weeks ahead, though last-minute gatherings are welcome whenever the calendar allows.

Travel is included across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Beyond that, a modest travel fee may apply — always disclosed upfront in your proposal, never a surprise.

None. We’ve poured for intimate open houses and 300-cup receptions with equal care. Tell us the shape of your day and we’ll size the cart to fit.
